There are TGI Fridays, Freaky Fridays, Photograph Fridays, Representation Fridays, NPR's Science Fridays, Sensible Fridays, Friday Night Lights, and then there's my Friday and your Friday. The non-Friday. We are going to work late today, and early to-morrow.
There's no perceptible end or starting to a week, a month, or a year. Each of them appear to work together. 1 day morphs into another. If not for the calendar in the low right-hand corner of the screen we're able to not recognize one time, one day or one month from another.
We're members of the 'do da' group. Our main interest in living, 'do da' check always come yet? We just want to get our on the job that check always. There are costs to pay, mouths to feed, and concerns to borrow from tomorrow. It's only 10 months, 76 days, until Christmas!!!
In the mean time there's Halloween candy (a lot of expensive Halloween candy and accessories) to purchase, Thanksgiving Dinner to provide, and..oh, what is the use?
God only gave 24 hours to us per day since that is all we can handle..and to deal with those few hours we have to sleep at least 8 of these! However, Friday is barely over before we're consumed with the next day's and next week's identified problems and cares. No one understands. Even worse, no-one cares!
I mean, you have a $3,000.00 payroll to create next Friday, and you don't have $100.00. Sure, you just made payroll today however now you're broke and you don't know how you are likely to allow it to be in a few days. Everybody nevertheless you is chaotic planning their vacations and their weekend.
Your hair is prematurely gray, your mind is balding earlier your dad's did, you're over-weight, you've chewed the mouth piece off your preferred Dunhill, you've high blood-pressure and your cholesterol is all-out of wack..well duh!!!!!!!
Please enable the Tennessee Mountain Man-to share one of the few things he's certain of..'There is a God and I am maybe not Him and neither are you.' And, 'He can and will do what you and I can not, if we will allow Him.' H-e cares about you. But, it is not merely about you or me.
God is not a door knob or even a tree as some have suggested but someone who also cares for anyone you care for.. for those you must provide insurance for, spend and provide a safe work place for. You're only His instrument for caring for the others. Please, you do your thing and let Him do His before you wind up with heart problems and cancer just like the Tennessee Mountain Man!
We get every 24 hours to a new start. Let us maybe not blow it by killing ourselves early missing what He has for us and depriving others of the benefits He has for them.
