The CommonsWare Android Components, or CWAC, are open source libraries to help solve various tactical problems with Android development. Each CWAC component is packaged as a tiny JAR file that you can add to your project (e.g., drop it in libs/), requiring at most other CWAC JARs as dependencies.

OnScrollListner there is an example in the API demos. MergeAdapter accepts a mix of Adapters and Views and presents them as one contiguous whole to whatever ListView it is poured into. This is good for cases where you have multiple data sources, or if you have a handful of ordinary Views to mix in with lists of data, or the like.
