  The article is somewhat vague on all the details of the correspondence between ShyAnne Parrot and the reason she was accused for murder. If she purposely ran into Amber Shipley then I think she should go into prison, based off of her previous charges it wouldn't be surprising if she purposefully ran into Shipley, but it doesn't mean she did either.

  Either way if she did mean to hit her it is still murder since she fled from the scene and didnt stop to help or even explain what happened.

  I'm not really sure what all happened because the article doesn't describe what all happened. Maybe the details haven't been released but with out the details its hard to say what all happened. If she hit the other person on purpose she should definitely be put in prison.

  the charges would be good if she did it they don't know for sure but them accusing her for doing it she must have a part in it

  If they have evidence that it was her than she should go to prison,it sounds liken they have no evidence though. they cant just assume it was her.
