Mr. Trump is starting to sound more and more like a tyrant everyday. Trying to use threats to fund his own wants.

I want to know what Honorable James Mattis has to say.

Trump is acting like a child. Threatening people to get what you want is a terrible strategy.

He admitted he didn't shoot Scott in self defense and said he used excessive force. Federal prosecutors are seeking a life sentence. Prosecutors believe Slager committed second-degree murder and should also be punished for obstructing justice."

I think that the officer should get life in prison for killing this man. The man ran but there's other options than firing your gun at him, there was no threat to the officer, he was unarmed, and the officer said he used force that was unnecessary.

The cop shouldn't of shot the man in the back, there was no threat towards the officer. If the man pulled a knife or a gun out then I'll see why the police officer shot him, but because the man had no weapons on him and was just running way he shouldn't of gotten shot.

It was a very unprofessional thing to say, especially about a fellow leader. Even if you disagree with someone that was taken out of hand.

That Philippines President Duterte needs to loosen up, he has bad thoughts about everyone, and says them out loud, whether they're a common citizen or a leader, and he's proving himself to be dangerous to others. He said, "You drug pushers, hold-up men and do-nothings, you better go out. Because I'd kill you." He also raped a woman of her dignity after she was dead saying, "What a pity...they raped her, they all lined up. I was mad she was raped, but she was so beautiful. I thought, the mayor should have been first." He called both President Obama and the Pope something inappropriate.

"More than 20 students at a southwestern Virginia high school were suspended Thursday after wearing clothing bearing the Confederate flag in protest of school policy."

The students who are representing the flag may represent it for their own reason but if it offends other people because it's known widely for the racism coming from it in history.

The flag was created to show the support for slavery, it was the face of the southern states, the reason they flew it high and proudly was to fight FOR slavery, not just to show pride. It was offensive then, it's offensive now.

If North Korea would decide to attack us I feel that they'd be committing suicide. Our Nuclear Power is a lot stronger than that of North Korea. I feel we would destroy them.

This might cause a chain reaction or retaliation from the United states, maybe resulting in other countries getting involved. It would be a mess.

Why result in millions dead whats the cause? Its the little guy syndrome for North Korea. They have had threats for over 4 years towards us with nukes.

I feel that this account is a good thing. If the media and/ or official statements of the United States are wrong, that needs to get out. Not from people saying the soldiers lied to us, but from the people that were there, the people that were in the thick of it making decisions they needed to. Hopefully this will keep the blame from falling on the soldiers for doing there job, but the guys up top telling them how to do it. And hopefully lead to better practices and ideals that are carried out on a mission.

Sometimes it seems when rules are too rigidly enforced, silly situations like this make me wonder, - maybe re-word the rule rather than asking a person to change their name...

He uses the sign language sign for hunter, as in a person who goes out and hunts. He turned it into his name sign by crossing his fingers instead of leaving them flat. While I agree that the school over reacted and he shouldn't have to change it, I think the idea of him "Having to change his name," is a little bit of of a loaded statement. His name will still be Hunter if he changes his name sign it will just be expressed differently. Also according to my mom, who works very closely with many deaf people every day, he may choose to change it later in life once he gets older because this name sign was chosen by his parents and he might not like it.

no, this is wrong. the government should not be spending so much time tracking us. its fascist. The more we give our liberties away to the government, the more they are going to try and take. with how much peoples personal lives are wrapped up in electronics, it is imperative that we retain our rights. its just a invasion of privacy. either way, with the economy issue i think the last thing we should be wasting money on is recording where the johnson family went for vacation.

Politicians should do more to help change our way of life to a more eco friendly way.

Obviously, the hijackers would take their phones from them. In today's age, cellphones are used all the time. In 2001 the cell phones couldn't do as much so they were not a threat to the hijackers. Is that logical?

(CNN) -- Michael Brown's stepfather says he's sorry for his emotional outburst to demonstrators after learning a police officer wouldn't be indicted in the teen's death. But he says he's unfairly taking heat for the rioting that followed.

The emotional outburst is understandable, but to have such an outburst that it can be threatening, is too far. I'm glad he apologized, but he should of never said those threats in the first place.

I think that is was good to apologize. Everyone does speak out of anger and in this situation I'm sure a lot of people are speaking out of anger. Almost everyone is acting out of anger right now.
