    "Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump tweeted: "Another attack in London by a loser terrorist. These are sick and demented people who were in the sights of Scotland Yard. Must be proactive!" I feel like they are just assuming that it is a terrorist when it could just of been a normal person.

    True true. The definition of terrorist is, "a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims." This person may not have been pursuing political aims, they may have just been trying to cause a ruckus.
