  but it was at his own place talking to his girl friend and i believe every one has said something racist before so should every one be fined 2.5 million and she recorded it with out him knowing so that she could incriminate him on purpose

  This Randy deserves to be banned from the NBA because making insults about people's race is very crude. The NBA is made up of 70% African-American players so there should be no reason for racism. Everyone is protected by this statement, "Equal protection under the law!" which means everyone has fair opportunities no matter the race, religion, or other ethnic characteristics.
