I thought this was strange...."The police statement offered no details on the circumstances of the shooting and said no arrests had been made." Why not? At this point we don't even know if the shooting was accidental or intentional. What is an appropriate punishment once they find the shooter (if they do)?

That's insane.. Why in the world would someone shoot a baby. What reason do you have? Did it hurt you? No? Then don't do it.

I'm surprised that they haven't arrested anyone yet. They should probably have some suspects, at least. Especially if they have the exact time that it happened at.
