  • Sometimes my students accidently close the Web browser and the test disappears. Is there a way to go back in, or do they have to start over?If students close the Web browser or otherwise lose connection to the server, they can log in again and resume the test where they left off. However, they can resume an unfinished test only once, and it must be done within 48 hours. After students log in again, they will see a message to click the Start button to restart the test.
