      i really feel like we should look into some professional development with regard to the intellectual, social, and emotional development to help advisors in this support role  -
  • Know the academic requirements
  • Be aware of deadlines and school and University policies
  • Know what services are available on campus to help meet student needs, including academic issues, mental and physical health, financial aid, housing, co-curricular activities, and career planning.
