Mark Felling personal experience: when I stayed there in 2012, the grounds were flat except 2 steps up into cottage type room/buildings. We brought foldable ramps which solve the problem perfectly. Staff very helpful pushing up ramp since steeper to enter common area where meals are served. Very comfortable, Safari feel. Used Comfort Carrier to lift me into Jeep for Safari, and again staff very helpful using Comfort Carrier.
