Perhaps you can see how "informal adult learning learners" - and the learning providers themselves could use this govt initiative as a platform for learners to co-develop and explore alternatives to informal adult learning that will build confidence and provide the "crazy fun paving stones" to future skills. The mind has to be worked on first - to build, fun, happiness and diminish stress and self-imposed barriers ;-)
