    Ok folks now we have your second baseball training video. We are now going to go over that oh so important muscle group the glutes. Almost all aspects of baseball training involves the gluteus in one way or another. I demonstrated in the video how having tight hips can alter your delivery and maybe even lead to injury. You must have a strong glute program as part of your baseball training program. The gluteexercises presented in this video are beginner exercises. One thing I mention I the video you play baseball on your feet so the advancedexercises I mentioned will all be on your feet. Your baseball training program needs to include exercises which train the entire body. You do not want to incorporate exercises in which you are sitting down .on a machine isolating one muscle group. A example of this would be a leg extension machine.
