I want to learn Articulate Storyline and am planning to enrol into an online course on Storyline. I am want to up-skill myself in this area as Storyline is one of the most sought after tools by ID firms/companies. As such I want to create a portfolio which can showcase my abilities in Storyline to prospective recruiters. Given this requirement, what areas in Storyline should I focus (I am completely new to Storyline) and what key elements should I include in my sample portfolio.
Hi Priya, I can't offer any input on Articulate Storyline. I tend to use Adobe Captivate for developing eLearning. However, I encourage you to focus on defining the message you want to communicate first and then experiment with the features offered by the tool to discover the best way to communicate that message. Have fun!
I use both Captivate and Storyline. I fine Storyline to be more user friendly, Captivate can be a challenge in the beginning. Lynda.com offers courses in it but is fee based.
