Draw your own comics
Chogger is an awesome comic strip building platform. It looks like Pixton and Make Beliefs but offers extra services. Choggers has a good editing tool that allows users to create their own cartoons out of imported photos. Users can even hook on their camera and snap images to edit on Chogger. There are also tools to help users start drawing their own images from scratch. It is indeed so much fun working on Chogger and students will definitely feel at ease using it.

Yale University has one of the larger collections of art, objects and documents of any organization in the U.S. Now, digital images and audio files of the collection are free to access by anyone in the world online, according to an announcement by the university's communications office.
Yale Digital Commons has debuted with just under 260,000 images. The idea is to encompass the whole of the university's collections in time.

We first featured Cooliris nearly three years ago, when it was still called PicLens. This fantastic free browser plugin offers an image search interface like no other. It works on the expected image search platforms - Google, Flickr, etc. - but we particularly like its use on Facebook, where the native image browsing is lacking at best.
RETRIEVR
Another blast from pickings past, retrievr is an experimental image search tool that uses color recognition to retrieve Flickr images that reflect the spatial color arrangement of a digital sketch you draw on a canvas.
Phrasr is an interactive web-based application that uses Flickr images to illustrate the phrases that users submit. She can choose every image and then publish the entire phrase, which is shown as a personal slide show.
