Dashing cricketer Umar Akmal Thursday shamed the nation after being caught red-eyed watching the young dancing girls in sensual action. Akmal has been left out of Pakistan's T20 squad for the series against England in the UAE after being handed a show-cause notice for "bringing the PCB and Pakistan Cricket into disrepute".
KARACHI: Sindh government has announced a public holiday on first of Muharram to commemorate the martyrdom of Hazrat Umar Farooq (R.A.), second caliph of Muslims. The decision in this regard was taken after the religious scholars demanded holiday on the martyrdom day of the second caliph.
