The Dollar Business on 20 Mar 17India's textiles exports fell about 4.5% to $26 billion during April- December of 2016-17. "The exports of textiles during 2016-17 (April-December) were $26 billion compared to $27.2 billion during 2015-16 (April-December)," Ajay Tamta, Minister of State for Textiles said on Friday in a written reply to the Rajya Sabha.
