    Since the pandemic, I feel like reliance on emails has only gotten worse. Any thoughts on how I can trim down the time I spend crafting replies? Recommendations for strategies or AI tools that have worked for you would be great!

    Have you tried setting aside dedicated time to clean up your inbox or replying to emails as soon as you receive them so they don't pile up? I find that a dedicated schedule helps me stay on top of things.

    I've tried all sorts of things like that. Unfortunately, none of it has helped. Either I end up falling behind on my emails or on my actual work.

    Automated email replies have worked for me. That way, I can use AI to respond to all the messages that don't take much thought and only spend my time replying to those that really matter. There are all kinds of tools you could use for that, but I like this one https://aimreply.com/ the best so far.
