This is an example of a beautifully designed, built and IA'd website. They intend for this website to be a "journey website" in which you spend time exploring the site.
The designer must be very happy becase his/her vision was allowed to be shown. The details of the website are too consistent to be a site designed by committee.
I'm not commenting on it's compliance or browser capabilities, just the design. Sigh.
I'm not sure if this will work with our constraints, but I thought the TIS web-brainiacs could determine if this is good or unusable.

Adobe makes a plug-in that allows you to see on your mobile device exactly what you're working on (as long as it's on a server - like the dev server). I've found it very handy when working on something and wondering how it will look on the iPad. The plug-in works for a myriad of devices including droid stuff.
You have to use it in Google Chrome and be signed in, but it's well worth the effort. Those of you with smart phones could load the plug-in on the smart phone and iPad at the same time.
