  Every time I manually update our staff schedule, someone ends up double-booked or missing a shift. It's driving me nuts. I need something that does the conflict-checking for me.   We took a different route - everyone just logs their availability into a shared doc each week, and then one person finalizes shifts. It's basic, but it works for our small team. Not as smart as software, but better than daily mix-ups and zero clarity.
