LG G3 owners residing in Europe should be able to see the Android 5.0 Lollipop update hitting their devices soon. LG has outpaced its other rivals in upgrading its flagship to Lollipop. It started with the Lollipop roll out in Poland and South Korea prior to this. LG G3 (16 GB) devices on Vodafone carrier in the U.K. have also received the most awaited update of the season this week.

Android 5.0 Lollipop is finally out to establish itself on the market share radar. Lollipop was able to make 1.6 percent of Android devices its home reported from latest version of the Android Developers Dashboard. That percentage stands for all Android devices that were seen at the Google Play store during the week of February 2.

After updating the Motorola's Update Services app for Moto G (1st Gen.) via OTA two days back, Motorola has now rolled out Android 5.0 Lollipop software OTA update for the device. To download the software update owners of the 1st Generation Moto G must first update the Update Services app that downloads system updates. Those who have not updated the app until now can go to the Google Play Store and install it.
