Technology is still a technology no matter how intelligent it has become it still lacks a human touch. The human belongs to an 'animal kingdom' but still is different from the other animal because homo sapiens have 'Consciousness' which other species of the animal kingdom and Artificial Intelligence lacks.
Humans are social beings who cannot live in isolation, even if someone is introverted one has to maintain contact with the people for one reason or the other even for a short period of time. Hence, the "Social Contract" which is signed between the government and the people to provide them security, maintain law and order, and so on.
