    It's already spring, I want to get in shape, but most fitness apps are very expensive, and in fact there are lessons from YouTube. What can you recommend?

    I think you can just start running in the mornings, for instance. It's a good start, and you don't need any apps for that.

    Well, it's true that running is a great way to being more active, but using fitness apps can help you track your steps, calories, time, and route, so I think they're also worth using. For instance, I managed to discover Step App not so long ago, and for me, it's actually convenient, and move-to-earn concept there helps me stay motivated.
