  Has anyone tried one of those early morning hot air balloon rides over the vineyards in Temecula? I've been thinking about booking one for a while. My sister did it last spring, and she said it was incredible to see the sunrise while floating above the rolling hills and vineyards. She also mentioned that the quiet up there is something else - just the sound of the burner and the occasional breeze. I'm not really a morning person, but she said it was worth waking up at the crack of dawn for. Anyone else had a similar experience?

  I've done a morning balloon ride in Temecula, and it's honestly such a peaceful experience. The view of the vineyards at sunrise is something you really can't get anywhere else.   I haven't tried a balloon ride myself, but I've been to Temecula a few times for wine tasting, and the vineyards are beautiful. I can only imagine how stunning they must look from above, especially in the early morning light. It sounds like such a serene way to start the day, just floating quietly over all that green. Maybe I'll consider it next time I'm in the area - definitely seems like a unique way to experience wine country!
