#1 zizeharlew on 07 May 25I have a small online store of phone accessories. Everything used to go through the website, advertising, Instagram - it seemed fine. But then I noticed that customers often ask: "Do you have an app?" At first I didn't pay much attention, but then I just counted how many purchases are made repeatedly. After launching the app, loyalty grew and orders started coming in more often. Maybe it's a coincidence, or maybe it really works. Has anyone else noticed this?

We made him a simple app: online appointment, notifications, feedback. After a couple of months, his income increased almost 2-fold. By the way, I found the guys from A-Bots.com myself, they helped us with this project. I didn't believe at first that the app could give such a boost, but the numbers don't lie. The main thing is that it should be convenient, and people should really have a reason to go there.

I myself often use apps for deliveries and reservations, I don't even go to websites. It's amazing how quickly everything is moving to mobile solutions.
