  For me, that's the main issue as a business owner. Especially in SaaS products. Maybe I don't really know much, but for me convenience and functionality are the top priorities. And yet I still see way too many inconvenient apps and useless solutions.

  I wouldn't say there's a point in setting priorities here. I mean, functionality, a convenient interface, and design are all important. Everything matters and plays its part.

  And since when is this even a problem? If something doesn't work, go find specialists who will make it work. If there are problems with the interface, hire people who will polish it until it's great and functional. I'd say it's best to work with those who have a lot of experience and a variety of successful cases, for example www.lazarev.agency/services/saas-design. And I really don't recommend leaving SaaS design until the very last stage, because often it never gets done, or there's no budget left by then.
