Here's my question - I often have long meetings at work on Zoom and Google Meet, and I have a hard time remembering everything. Sometimes I just get tired of listening, and then I can't remember who said what and what the tasks were. I try to write it down manually, but it's inconvenient and I still miss a lot. I heard that AI tools for taking notes at meetings are popular now. Has anyone tried such things? Do they even work?

I had the same problem. There is a lot of information at meetings, and then it's hard to restore everything. I started using ai for meetings - and it's really convenient! These tools automatically record the meeting, recognize who is speaking, create a summary and even highlight key tasks. Our team uses Calday and Fireflies.ai - they really help not only to remember everything, but also to quickly review everything later. It's especially convenient when there are a lot of projects and it's easy to forget something. I recommend trying it, especially if you often participate in online meetings. It's like a personal assistant who always records everything.

We have six or seven calls every week in the marketing department, and I simply don't have time to record half of them. I often forget who I promised what to. It's cool that the AI itself allocates tasks - this is absolutely top notch. I think I'll persuade my boss to pay for one of these services, they seem to have free versions.
