Can't see external hard drive - 3 views

  It's so weird why nothing works. I need this hard drive and the files on it for work, and I just recently bought a new external hard drive. I mean, everything is brand new, and I didn't expect there to be any problems.

  Well, even new stuff can have issues. Are you sure there's no problem with the external drive itself? I'd try opening it on another laptop if I were you.
