A study done by RNCOS, a marketing research firm on CNG in 2008 found out that by the year 2014, the CNG Kit market in India will grow by a CAGR of 22%. Today, in 2014 we can witness this growth in the registration of CNG vehicles, as more that 80% of the vehicles that run in India have a CNG kit installed in them. Most of the car owners are today adapting to one of these alternatives of green energy which is an excellent way to save the environment from getting polluted.

The exhaust emission standards for fuel were launched for the first in India in the year 1991. At that time there was hardly any standards made for fuel. It was in the subsequent year that is in 1993, when for the first time; three fuelling stations for CNG were opened in New Delhi. Since then, many other dealers started offering CNG Kit Fitting in Delhi for all the vehicles that run on diesel or petrol.

There is a direct cause and effect relationship between air pollution and our health. The release of harmful gases by vehicles not only spread a lot of pollution in the air, but is also quite detrimental for our health. The harmful pollutants in the air are responsible for disease like asthma and they may even take a toll on life.
