Aquamarine gemstone is also one of the many semi precious gemstones that is a blue stone and is considered as one of the most 'Precious Four' gems which are found. The glass like structure and appearance of the stone gives an impression of the sea. It is due to the similarity in the color with the sea that the name was kept which in Latin language means sea water.
