Strictly avoid offenses & serve devotees with all eagerness, enthusiasm & in a desperate mood. We should always be anxious for an opportunity to serve devotees. If devotees are pleased then anything is possible. Also always try to remember the 11th offense. Inattentiveness while chanting is the cause of all other offenses.
