Treating Headache. Headaches include primary and secondary headache. Primary headaches are those that are not caused by an underlying medical condition. Secondary headaches are caused by disease or medical condition.

Tension headaches are similar to migraine in many respects, although the location of the headache may be somewhat different and the cause is more obvious.
