This internet resource provides German language information pertaining to the life and work of the Jewish theologian, philosopher, bible translator, and proponent of the chassidic tradition (a Judaic religious movement), Martin Buber (1878-1965). An abridged version of the site is available in English. The main attraction of the site is the sizeable collection of electronic secondary texts relating to the work of Buber. Equally useful is the section on Buber's life and work, which consists of an informative overview of his works and main intellectual pursuits and achievements.
