He says the Indian market is still in a bull phase and the ongoing correction is a part of the bull market correction. China's copper imports fell 2.8 percent in June from the previous month, hitting a 4-month low as weak seasonal demand dampened buying amid a slow domestic economy. China's export sales unexpectedly rose for the first time in four months in June and imports fell again but posted their best performance this year, causing some optimism tepid trade flows are picking up. The Sensex soared 200 points to end at 27,317 and the Nifty surged 50 points to close at 8,225. Above-normal monsoons, positive macroeconomic numbers coupled with a dovish stance by the Fed bolstered the rally.
