The Marvel universe is full of possibilities. When we think of superheroes, we think of male characters. However, Marvel has been broadening our horizon by adding more female superheroes to the roster. These superpowered women give women across the world hope about standing up for themselves.

Marvel's first standalone female superhero, Captain Marvel, is coming to theaters on March 8, 2019. Their next female superhero getting her own movie is Black Widow from the Avengers. However, reports now suggest the upcoming Black Widow movie could be R-rated. Read all about this news here.
