When it comes to booking cheap domestic air tickets, the number of options is less as compared to international. This is mainly because only a few carriers, which operate regional, offer their services to smaller domestic airports. International services providers, in general, keep their services limited to the major international airports in the country.

However, it was offered only for a period for three days during the third week of January, but if reports are to be believed only some people were able to book cheap tickets during this period.

The aviation industry can be broadly classified into two categories, namely domestic and international carriers. As evident from the terminology, international carriers are those, which operate across various countries as well as offer cross-continental flights while domestic are the ones that operate within the same country.

With the introduction of a number of airlines providing cheap air tickets on global as well as domestic sector in most regions, the margin of error for airlines in terms of punctuality has become stiffer. There is little scope for carriers to delay their services. Most airports around the world have reported that there has been a significant increase in the number of daily flights that land and take off from their tarmacs in the last decade.

Gone are the days when tourists needed to pay several visits to travel agents for getting flight tickets and settle on a single airfare offered by the agent. With the inception and advent of the internet, purchasing air tickets has become easier and more convenient. Today, making reservations online is just a matter of few mouse clicks, and it can be done any time from anywhere.

Travellers who are looking to take an international flight for the first time might feel a bit lost and confused about what to do and what not to do. There might be countless such instances where globetrotters were about to book airline tickets for vacations outside their country but decided against it just because it meant taking an international journey.

The reduced air fare for Mumbai to Delhi flights and Delhi to Mumbai flights were initially introduced by low budget airlines. But the increasing competition made all the premier airlines reduce their fare for Delhi Mumbai air tickets as well.

The new offer will be activated from the 6th of May and it features giving out of vouchers to passengers on a delay for which, the airline is responsible. Passengers of those flights, which get delayed for more than 60 minutes will be given 500 INR vouchers. These can be encashed during the next journey.
