Many municipal councils need to upgrade their infrastructure to support travellers. There is 80,000 to 100,000 people travelling around Australia at any one time. They all spend money and will avoid towns that do not have suitable infrastructure. Instead they will spend their money in towns that can meet their travelling needs.
