Bharatpur National Park is a world heritage site largely because it is specially blessed with rich fauna. Dudhwa National Park, which is beautifully located in the state of Uttar Pradesh, is one of the most visited wildlife sanctuaries particularly in the northern region of the country. The park consists of almost 400 types of birds, 37 species of mammals, 16 different species of reptiles and wide variety of tigers and leopards.
