Why does the blue bar where we annotate a book mark FLOAT all over the bookmar page? - 32 views
Is there a way to LOCK the bookmark descriptions placed into the blue bar over the bookmarks. It's aggravating to have to readjust the entries when they are added to groups, list or otherwise.
