Rowdki was the most popular poet of Samyan era in Persian history. As per the statement of famous historian Abdul Karim Bin Muhammad Esmani, his complete name is Abu Abdullah Jafar Bin Muhammad Bin Hakeem Bin Abdul Rahman Bin Adam and Rowdki was his sur-name. He was born in a small village Banj, which is situated in Rowdak city of Samarqand.

Abu Fatah Omar Khayyam Bin Ibrahim Nishapuri was born in Nishapur in year 401 AH or 408 AH and died in 526 AH. He was great Persian poet, scholar and mathematician. Abu Fatah has also unparalleled knowledge of astrology.

Abdullah Ansari hails from Herat (now in Afghanistan) and was born in the year 394 AH. His complete name is Khawaja Abdullah Bin Muhammad Ansari. He was the fellow of Alif Arslan Saljoqi, Khawaja Nizam Ul Mulk and Sheikh Abu Al Khair and was also inspired from them. He belongs to the tribe of Abu Ayub Ansari. He was well read poet, scholar, and popular for his hospitality. He was a great religious scholar and Mystic. He was very simple, social and very kind to his people. He has a strong belief on one God (Allah) which reflects from his poetry.

Abu Saeed Al-Khair was born in village Khawaran of Khorasan (presently at Iran) on 7 December 967 BC (year of grace). His complete name is Sheikh Abu Saeed Fazal Ullah Bin Abu Al-Khair. He belongs to a religious family of Khawaran, Khorasan. Muhammad Bin Munawar was one of his talented nephew, who wrote a book "Israr al Tauheed" on his complete life and character. Abu Saeed was a great religious scholar, mystic and Sufi poet.
