    People who have upgraded to this iOS 5 noticed many helpful applications installed in it by default. You will notice newsstand application icon on your phone screen, but difference is that it cannot be moved into any folder neither deleted. If you want to move this newsstand icon into a folder, there is a bug in iOS 5 which helps in this regard
