The long-awaited iPad 2 is finally available in more countries in Asia. Japan will receive the iPad 2 today while another 11 countries will receive it tomorrow, 29 April.
According to Digitimes citing a Shenzhen newspaper, the three Foxconn employees responsible for the iPad 2 design leaks have been charged with leaking to third party Chinese accessory companies.
The upcoming iOS 5, for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, looks set to be more accessible for Chinese users, with support for three popular Chinese email services: Tencent's QQ Mail, and Netease's 163.com and 126.com mail inboxes.
Apple's COO, Tim Cook, was yesterday spotted at China Mobile HQ in Beijing, raising speculation that Mr Cook was in the building to discuss a 4G TD-LTE iPhone.
