    In latest iOS 5, Apple has included IQ-style diagnostics information turned off as default and you can check it yourself as well. When you run setup process, it may ask you to turn it on and report any error or issues to Apple directly through this facility. If you do not want to share any of the information or issue to Apple, you can turn it off. This is turned off by default in iPhone but if you just want to check it, here are some of the steps which will guide you to check the status.
