Authorities believe the child is Samuel Jones, who went missing Saturday, Carlsbad Police Department spokeswoman Lt. Jennifer Moyers said in a statement.

Alyssa Bustamante received a life sentence for the October 2009 death of Elizabeth K. Olten, according to the Cole County Circuit Court clerk's office in Jefferson City.

Even if she did kill the child. Giving her the life sentence gives her no chance to prove that she will change in the future. Now she will only know of life in prison because she is still only a teenager. life in a prison isnot something that people can live with. Even if she does get out she may not be able to cope with the outside world. It is really sad what the world has come to...

But what else do you call someone who, as students crouched for cover and ran for their lives after bullets rang out in the Chardon High School cafeteria, ran at the shooter?

2011 marked the end of an era: St. Louis is no longer the Most Dangerous City in America. Not only did our city lose the coveted number-one spot, now held by Flint, Michigan, it slipped to number four! And it looks as though the city's murder rate will decline by 30 percent from 2010.

All of these stories are horrible. People who kill their children or brutally hurt them shouldnt have children in the first place...

All of these story's make me sick. They are horrible and it's hard to understand why people would do such things..

Authorities have confirmed that a body found in a barrel on property linked to a convicted rapist is that of a missing 16-year-old girl. Angela Allen was identified through dental records and her cause of death was determined to be strangulation, according to an arrest affidavit for Lloyd C.

Police found a 16 years old girls body in a barrel on a convicted rapists property. He story isn't to convincing. And people like him are disgusting and should be put away. It's sick minded to do sexually assault children or teens.

How could someone do that to a teenage kid? What kind of world are we living in? Where people are molesting kids and killing them and sticking them in a barrel.

so much or trying to do good. the truth is as long as theres 2 people on the planet someone is going to want someone else dead.

I think its so said he died trying to help his neighbor. And his children watched him die. That's something they will never forget. It's sad that we have people in our world that are willing to take someone else's life in their own hands. It's quite sickening.

STOCKTON - A man charged with beating to death his girlfriend's 2-year-old daughter told police he was frustrated by the child's crying. Demetrius Anderson, 23, is charged with child abuse resulting in the death of a child younger than 8. The toddler died from suspicious circumstances at a University of California, Davis, medical facility.

That would be the world we live in Jeff. The question is whether or not the girlfriend will take action against him legal or otherwise. Or if she actually knew of the abuse

That's very depraved and someone should beat him when he cries.
