The Ohio attorney general's office could say Monday whether more charges will be filed in connection with a 2012 rape of a 16-year-old girl that made national headlines. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine will announce "new developments" in a grand jury's investigation into whether other crimes were committed in the case that rocked the small eastern Ohio community of Steubenville, his office said.

"When a police officer in Dayton, Ohio, handed John Felton a warning for a traffic signal violation, Felton asked whether he was stopped for something besides having out-of-state plates, according to a video of the conversation posted on Facebook."

Is this even legal?

This has less to do with problems of social media and more to do with the depravity of watching a "friend" get raped but doing nothing to stop it...

As police and the FBI try to piece together how the three women and a 6-year-old girl, who police believe is the daughter of one of the women, remained captive in a house for more than a decade in a densely populated section of Cleveland, the women were released Tuesday from a local hospital and returned to their families.

At least two students have been injured during a shooting at an Ohio high school, according to ABC News' Cleveland affiliate WEWS. Chardon High School is on lockdown and reports say there may have been one or two gunmen, possibly students. The Chardon Fire Department was called to the school at about 7:45 a.m.

I sure wouldn't feel safe at school. It's ridiculous that no one saw or heard the girl and the fact that it's the second one in the last month. Something needs to be done about it & things need to change or incidents like that are going to keep happening.

T.J. Lane, who was serving life sentences for a notorious high school shooting spreed, escaped tonight from an Ohio prison, officials said. Lane, who is now 19, broke out of the Allen Correctional Facility along with another prisoner, Clifford Opperud, 45.
