    The relatives of a teenage suspect in a baby's shooting death have been arrested on charges of lying to police. The aunt and the mother of 17-year-old De'Marquise Elkins were taken into custody on Tuesday after giving police new information that led to a pond where police found a handgun.

    (CNN) -- Five people died late Sunday in a shootout at a Seattle, Washington, apartment complex. When police officers arrived, they could still hear gunfire, authorities said.     Running your child to death over a candy bar.. That's a cruel punishment. The grandmother and mother should be charged with murder.

    The girl must have broken a very strict rule if she died for it. you would think that they would ground her, but running her to death is just horrible. Both of her so called "Gardians" should go to prison for a long time. I wonder if they feel any remorse for what they did.

    Cruz Velazquez Acevedo made a catastrophic split second decision after border officers found two bottles of liquid on him when he attempted to cross into California from Mexico. The 16-year-old Mexican national told the two officers that the bottles contained "apple juice," but they didn't buy it and asked Acevedo to take a sip to "prove" he wasn't lying, according to court records.
