Design Both the devices have the classic "Galaxy" look comprising of a rectangular body with slightly curved edges. Samsung seems too scared to compromise with its familiar form, and we cannot really complain. As most phones these days come with a non-removable battery, Samsung has managed to uphold its traditional removable batteries. However, it did ditch the plastic back cover and equip the J5 with a matte finish cover that saves the phone from unwanted smudges. The Samsung Galaxy On5 on the other hand wasn't that lucky and comes with a plastic rear that has a rubberized texture for a better grip. Both the devices come with metal frames to add premium look to the phones. The Galaxy J5 comes in three colors, black, white and gold.
