Have you ever had that day where you don't want to cook and you're in a rush to get somewhere? How convenient is it to just pull in a McDonald's drive through and order a mammoth Big Mac thinking it will be a great, cheap, and fast choice. Well I'm here to say that, that has to stop. There are many reasons that you should know about Fast Food that are good and bad. The cost is very dramatic from and regular sit down meal. The road to a large fast food chain and what it looks like. There are many ways to make fast food healthier. What causes that make fast food to be so fast. There are many interesting things about Fast Food and one of the dramatic costs that differs in the sit down meal and a home cooked meal.

Prices for the merchants and the customers of that fast Food are very different. The ability to buy large shipments of food makes the Fast Food franchise profit. Fast Food is able to stay refrigerated for over a week, which makes buying a 1,000 burgers a lot cheaper. The franchise buys burgers at about 25 cents when a deli made patty is $2. The price is a huge difference due the poor quality in the Fast Foods burgers. The cheap is not a good idea to have the cheapest burger because you expressing how poor the patty quality are. "If you check out the dollar menu at your favorite fast-food restaurant, the prices seem hard to beat - for about $3 you can get a double cheeseburger, a small order of fries and a dessert. You could easily spend three to four times as much for a nutritious meal at a sit-down restaurant. But with careful grocery shopping and a little time spent in the kitchen, you can eat healthy food on a strict budget." http://www.livestrong.com/article/548907-the-price-difference-between-healthy-food-fast-food/ There is no tip to the server. The extremely short time that they assist you does earn a tip. That reduces the threat to stick to a tight budget. Fast Food is self-done, self pick up, self clean up, and self ordered. Cheap can and can't be good, but how do they serve the meat so fast.

That slow forty-five minute casserole for dinner is always the worst way to handle dinner. At a Fast Food restaurant you can get your food in less than five minutes. "Tracy V. Wilson once said, the griddle is where all the action happens because they cook 25 or so burgers at once. They also have a bar that is used to speed up the topping. The 24/7 fryers make each batch a quick and ready order. The soda fountains and the milkshake machine's are run automatically, and finally the servers are hired to move fast and serve quickly." The four eye burning stove that is at your house in not like the black top that they have at a Fast Food restaurant. The equipment is industrial sized to make multiple things at once. The average stove at a Fast Food restaurant can cook up to three hundred sixty burgers an hour. Many of the topping stations are well organized to run quickly and easily. Not any employee can walk on to the Fast Food stage. Trained to have a speed mind set in what the employer is looking for. Every move has to be fast in order to move customers around. The pre-cooked food makes heating up easier. At home a full cooked meal takes time and effort, unlike a Fast Food restaurant when you can slip something on a grill or throw those fries in the fryer. Halfway cooked the time cooking is reducing in half. Having a Fast restaurant is a great start, but to really top all competitors you will have to compete for your customers.

Developing a industrial Fast Food chain takes three main needs defeat all other companies, lowest prices, and overall public agreement. What makes a strong company is their ability to give a customer what they like, whether that is in the menu variety to the kinds of dipping sauces.

The following are steps to start a Fast Food company:

    Step 1

Check out the area in which you plan to open your restaurant to make sure the area isn't overcrowded with competition that could affect your sales. Choose an area that ensures sufficient traffic flow to get you noticed and attract business. Finding the right location for your fast food restaurant is vital to operate a successful and effective eatery.

    Step 2

Seek startup funding that ensures you have enough cash flow to effectively staff your restaurant and stay open a sufficient number of hours. Make sure you have enough funding through your own investment, loans and from personal investors to purchase necessary equipment, buy quality food, decorate your space and put on a grand opening event.

    Step 3

Apply for local and regional licenses you need to operate your restaurant. Prepare to go through occupational and food safety inspections before you can start serving customers. Purchase necessary insurance and set an opening date.

    Step 4

Look for a fast food franchise that has a history of success. While getting in on the ground floor of a new franchise concept may sound enticing, you take much bigger risks than investing in a company with a quality product and aggressive marketing campaigns.

    Step 5

Choose a fast food franchise that offers franchisees extensive training and back-office support. You'll be more effective if you can copy the successful practices that have worked to make the franchise popular. When questions or complications arise, you need to know you can call on an experienced company rep to walk you through the problem so that you can continue to run your restaurant efficiently.

Those are the ways to start a company through a business standpoint, but how do you please from a customer standpoint. The Fast Food that you like to eat is the fast food that in your opinion does the best job with pleasing your needs and wants. That is the same with community agreement. What they like, what you serve, your speed, and quality makes each company successful from the customer's point of view. . Earning these things from the people is hard to do especially when they have been devoted to another company. Cheap pricing is a large topic that is a real struggle to overcome. "It is not a good idea to have the cheapest burger because you expressing how poor the patty quality is. www.burgerbusiness.com" The cheap price says that you have poor meat quality, but with the higher price the customer feels cheated from the cheap meat quality. The Fast Food restaurant that I feel does the best on this topic is Backyard burger, because they serve a large thick juicy burger that is pleasing to all. Having the largest company is a good start but the people want healthier fast food.

"Fast food is so addictive because of all the salt, fat, sugar. These are horrible to health and can trail to weight gain, sickness, and even a heart attack." (http://www.livestrong.com/article/369937-addictive-ingredients-in-fast-food/) Outside it might be a great choice, but on the inside you body is worsening from it. Fast Food is and increasingly good way to eat cheap, but can lead to increasingly good way to have many illness. Fat, sugar, and sodium will build up and be a deterrent to ones health. Sarah Irani said, "Hit the drive-through. Eating a McDonald's chicken sandwich (any of "Ëœem, take your pick) will give you about 2/3 of the recommended daily amount of sodium." Making a company on the fast food industry is hard enough with so many loyal customers to the old merchants. An average fast food meal can run to 1000 calories or more, so choose a smaller portion size, order a side salad instead of fries, and don't supersize anything. At a typical restaurant, a single serving provides enough for two meals. Take half home or divide the portion with a dining partner. After all of these tragic facts there are ways to make Fast Food healthier. Instead of going for a double patty cheeseburger with choose the side salad and a treat of small fry. Don't fall into the trap of temptation and choose the wrong idem stay strong because you will pay on the scale is you do fail to order healthy. Don't oversize anything because the regular portion is already enough. The treat that you have turns into a junk food overload with an extra patty. No sides unless you can make them healthy because the sides along have more fat than a full three course home cooked meal. Eat a healthy side like a salad or none at all. Your meal can be mixed and matched with many different options, like a coke and a salad, or a small fry and salad. You could even order fries and fruit cup for a snack. Many things that are unhealthy can be turned healthy, the problems is your not willing to make that switch.

Fast Food is and opinionated business though of by each person. If the world continues in the direction it is going in we will have a hard time stopping. The industry of fast food is flourishing through all the people; taking away the tradition of cooking a healthy home cooked meal. In the future I can see Fast Food coming to our houses with a machine when you choose your food and it will make it for you. Think back when there was no fast food, everyone was healthy. Look at an old picture, and notice that most people were healthy and slim. Fast Food has made an impact in other peoples lives. In closing it is hard to stop eating Fast Food and it is hard to start a fast food. Everything I have told you are what are what happens behind the scenes of a Fast Food restaurant, and in each American's mind once they walk into a Fast Food restaurant.

  • A double cheeseburger provides 25 grams of protein, a good portion of the 50 grams to 125 grams of protein you need daily. But the burger also comes with 23 grams of saturated fat, including 11 grams of saturated fat. Your daily total of fat should not exceed 44 grams to 78 grams and your daily intake of saturated fat should not top 16 grams to 22 grams. A small order of fries adds another 11 grams of fat, including 1.5 grams of saturated fat. And three chocolate chip cookies adds another 24 grams of fat – 10.5 from saturated fat.
  • Your bargain meal provides 1,150 calories – more than half the total of a standard 2,000-calorie-a-day diet – and exceeds the high range of recommended saturated fat intake. For less than $3, you could eat a low-fat, healthy meal that included foods from all food groups. It would take an initial investment of about $10 in groceries and a commitment to spend about 30 minutes in the kitchen. A sample meal includes 1 cup of black beans, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup of broccoli, a medium apple and 1cup of nonfat milk. The calories for the meal add up to about 560. Total fat is fewer than 4 grams and the saturated fat content equals less than 2 grams.
