Martial arts is a big part of my life, and conditioning goes hand in hand with most of what I do during my daily training. Sparring, interval training, circuit training-these and other segmented events require a flexible timer and audible tone to spare me the hassle of keeping an eye on my watch.

New app Security Cam from Crowded Road ($0.99 iTunes link) has had a long journey to the App Store. Its creators tell us the app was first submitted to Apple back in December of 2008, where it remained in review purgatory before finally getting approved earlier this week.
