Less than a day after the Verizon iPhone 4 went on sale to the general public, both Apple and Verizon have pushed back the estimated shipping deadline for new orders to Feb. 18.

While only 18% of all iPhone apps downloaded are paid, the current annual sales of $340+ million cannot be ovelooked.
