I don't know if I'm in a good mood today, but this is another article that I find interesting and comforting today. Even though EU is clearly criticized, the words used are positive, and I feel relieved to read that at least some countries are intending to move forward against climate change!

  I wish the last sentence of the article was something like "despite what we can think about the public spending / despite the negative consequences of low public spending and the weakness of the industrial fabric, in the context of the crisis, France is actually doing better than its neighbours."
